Do I need to link my bank or card account?
No. PerkMaxxing never connects to your bank. You pick which cards you own from a list, and the app tracks the perks that come with them.
How do I mark a perk as used?
On the Cards tab, tap a perk and check off the amount or period you've used. Monthly and quarterly credits have individual checkboxes per period.
Why didn't I get an expiry reminder?
Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → PerkMaxxing → Notifications, and review your reminder preferences on the Alerts tab.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your personal information and cannot be undone.
A card's perks look out of date.
Issuers change benefits often. Email us or use Send Feedback in the app and we'll update it quickly.
